SUMMARY:7th Annual Charlie and Martha Dow Fall Rally
DESCRIPTION:What is your most embarassing car moment?  Come to the Dow Ral
 ly and tell us to win a prize!\nJoin us on October 13th for the 7th Annual
  Charlie and Martha Dow Fall Rally! \nOK\, keep it quiet but this year we
  are planning a sneak attack on North Country Region!  We are going to ga
 ther in Ayer and then follow a course that takes us onto some of the prett
 iest roads in Southern New Hampshire.  NCR won't know what hit them!  Ma
 ssholes unite! This course is one of the best we have ever had! Pretty lit
 tle towns\, lots of elevation change.  You'll love it!\nWe do this rally 
 in honor of the late Charlie Dow and his wife Martha - longtime\, active N
 ER and board members and all-around Porsche enthusiasts. Their kids will b
 e attending so come and say HI!\nThe event was originally a tour but we sw
 itched it to a gimmick rally - you still get to drive a pretty course but 
 now you must stay focused and attempt to answer questions about the landma
 rks you pass. You will have written directions and a GPS route as well.  
 Do people still get lost?  Yes.  Do drivers and navigators get in argume
 nts?  Yes.  Has the event caused a divorce? Unclear.  Here are the deta
 iled instructions.\nThe rally will also end in Ayer where we will gather a
 t the Billiard's Cafe (Autocrossers have long had their post race beers he
 re).  Early finishers can have a beverage (adult or not) and snacks as we
  await all entrants to finish and results to be tallied. You will enjoy lu
 nch (choice of sandwiches\, pizza or Italian sausage - included in entry f
 ee) and then we will announce winners and award trophies.\nYou should plan
  on a day that starts at 9am and ends around 2pm.  Follow this link to re
 gister.  Note that you will need to open an account at Motorsportreg if y
 ou have not already.  And when you register you will need to provide a "f
 un team name."\nHERE IS AN IMPORTANT POINT:  At the Newcomer's meeting a 
 common question was "I'm not sure that I want to jump into a DE or an auto
 cross\, what is the best activity for me to try first so I can meet other 
 members?"  WELL\, THIS IS IT!  (Or the Summer Party - that works too!).
   This is a great event to bring a kid or kids and come in a Macan (or st
 uff the really small ones in the back of the 911).  The kids can help wit
 h the gimmick rally (they have better vision than you do and aren't busy d
