Our friends at the Audrain Automobile Museum in Newport have invited us to celebrate Porsche through the lens of their new exhibit – Porsche Then And Now – which opens October 20. Porsche of Warwick, the exhibit’s corporate sponsor, has worked with the Audrain to create a unique reception event just for our club! On Friday November 9 (kicking off Veteran’s Day weekend), starting at 6:30pm, running until 8pm, we’ll enjoy hors d’oeuvres and beverages as we enjoy a carefully-curated selection of Porsches from the 1950’s right up to the latest and most potent machines Porsche has to offer – and, yes, there is even a tractor! At 7pm, we’ll hear about how the vehicles in this exhibit were chosen by the staff at the Audrain.
At 8pm, we’ll walk down the street to the LaForge Casino restaurant at the International Tennis Hall of Fame for more great conversation, fun food, and additional beverages at their classic Bellevue Avenue lounge.
We are limited by the space at the museum so availability for this event may close if we fill up. Grab your exclusive spot and join the fun. Your ticket includes the reception at the museum and a gathering over food at LaForge after the reception (cocktails and the full bar at LaForge are available but not included in your ticket). Registration is open until 11/8 at noon.
