NOTICE OF ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING on

DECEMBER 21st, 2024

 

TO:     THE MEMBERS OF

            Northeast Region of the Porsche Club of America, Inc.

 

TAKE NOTICE THAT an annual business meeting of the members of PCA Northeast Region will be held at Lake Pearl, Wrentham, MA for the following purposes:

 

To transact the business of PCA Northeast Region, including:

 

1. Present the duly elected officers and directors that will take office on January 1, 2025
   
   
2. To transact such other business as may be properly brought before this Business Meeting or the day of any adjournment or postponement thereof.

 

PCA Northeast Region members are entitled to vote at this Business Meeting.
