We are sad to report the passing of Martha Dow on November 26th. Martha and Charlie Dow were founding members of our Region and held many leadership positions – both in the Northeast Region and at the National PCA level – over the years. Charlie passed away in 2017 and our fall rally is named in their honor. Our condolences to their children Eric, Heather and Kristen (who are regular attendees at the rally).
