Greetings everyone,

We hope this message finds you well and that you’re planning to spend some time with your family, loved ones, and friends this upcoming Thanksgiving!  As you know, the gala is fast approaching, Friday, December 1st. The venue is great and registration will be closing soon.

The final head/food count is due by noontime on Tuesday, November 21st!!

Please register ASAP if you’re planning to attend.  There will not be an opportunity to be flexible with the final account after Tuesday.

Also, hotel rooms are still available please contact Tupper Manor directly if you want to avoid driving or taking an Uber home at the end of this festive evening.

We will celebrate the 2023 season earlier than usual this year and at a new venue.  This year’s annual NER Gala brings us to the stunning Tupper Manor at Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts.  This is a hidden gem! Tupper Manor at the Wylie Inn and Conference Center is a premier waterfront property, located 20 miles north of Boston on the historic North Shore. Tupper Manor offers an incomparable setting on the lovely coast in Beverly, MA. Guests are consistently impressed by the relaxed elegance of the mansion, making it the venue of choice for distinctive social celebrations.

Enjoy off-season cocktails and a delicious dinner with your PCA friends while you re-live some of your favorite memories from 2023. As usual, we will present special awards honoring a few of our outstanding club members and introduce our 2024 board of directors! Catch up with friends from autocross, DE, and the many social events while our cars hibernate. In addition, we will have the opportunity to support our charity of choice Homes for our Troops .

Gentlemen: jackets required.  Suits and tuxedos are welcome.

For the 1st time in many a year, 25 hotel rooms will be available at the attached Wylie Inn and Conference Center. That’s right, you will not have to brave a walk outdoors to get to your hotel room! Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Wylie Inn & Conference Center at 978-867-1800. Mention the name of the group, Porsche Club of America on December 1st, and the front desk agent can locate the block from there to book accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets will NOT be sold at the door. This is a catered event, and we cannot add to the headcount after the ticket sales close date, so please make sure to order your tickets before the deadline.
